Beginning of a new section

Commodore 128 Introductory GuideSo, I’ve started opening a new section. This new section will contain a lot of manuals of different types. For now there’ll be hardware manuals. But at a later time I’ll add more than that, which will consist of (but not limited to) software manuals, i.e. Amiga Dos Enhancements and books like Das Grosse Amiga 2000 Buch and more.

If there’s something you see on the pages that you want first, feel free to drop a comment, and I’ll see what I can do.

  1. I am a C= lover going back to the Vic 20 back in the late 70s. I still have all of my computers, Vic20, C64, Amiga 1000, A500, A2000HD(x4), A3000 (x2 incl 68040 cards) and A4000 (x2 with 68030 and 040 cards) . The A4000 that died was running the Amiga OS3.9 (which I loved)
I also have a bunch of oddball accessories including, ieee 488 and MSD dual disk drive, EPROM burner, and other odds and ends for the C64.
I also have some Fred Fish public domain CDs of the 1000 plus disks of PD software for the Amiga. I also have the Video Toaster.
If there is a need for any of the software or documentation I own, I would be happy to share.
I am attempting to install the UAE on my Linux system, and have run into a problem with the system hanging up, so if there is any documentation available to help with the installation, I would be extremely grateful for the lead.
I an grateful to learn there are people that care enough about these wonderful computers to want to archive all the information for other enthusiasts.

      • Thanks for your reply and the link. I will have a more thorough look tomorrow at the link you sent me, but it seems to be just what I am looking for.
I am still using my A3000/040, but I would also like to get my A4000 back in operation.
I have been using Amiga computers continuously since 1985. The programs I like the most are Maxiplan, Superbase, Distant Suns, and Final Writer. The programs I really want to run on the emulator are, Maxiplan and Superbase.
