New WIP Rom Kernel Reference Manual

Some of the developers of Amiga OS3.2 have started creating an unofficial ROM Kernel Reference Manual for this OS.
Not only have they worked countless of hours on the OS3.2, but now they are also writing this manual. If it should follow the amount of info from the old RKRM’s this one if going to have loads of pages.
Hats off for their energy and enthusiasm, and a huge thanks is probably the least we can give them.
